  • Friendship and Relational Coaching

    It’s hard making friends as an adult. Talking to people is scary and feeling like you belong is even more elusive. As a friendship and relational coach, we’ll walk through the basics of how friends are formed, what to say, and where to look.

  • Individual Therapy

    This is what I was trained in! Like most individual therapy, I offer 50-minute sessions of talk therapy. Currently, I’m just virtual, but if you are interested in meeting in-person, I’d be happy to accomodate.

  • Couples and Relational Counseling

    I have the ability to take on couples and relationships. I am especially interested in ethical non-mongamous relationships, including polyamory. I mostly use the Gottman method as a framework.

Therapeutic Roleplaying

I have a special interest in using roleplaying games as a therapeutic tool. Roleplaying as a tool is an emerging field and I am excited to share what I’ve learned and brainstorm to make your experiences better.

I’m open to a good coffee chat if you’re interested in using roleplaying as a therapeutic tool.

Fees

Individual therapy = $120 per 50 minute session. Sliding scale is available.

Relationship and Friendship Coaching = $120 per 50 minute session. 30 min sessions available. Sliding scale is available.

Couples and Relationship Counseling = $150 per 90 minute session. Sliding scale available

At this point in time, I do not take insurance. This is a work-in-progress.
