  • Group Therapy

    I offer TTRPG group therapy through Geek Therapeutics. Our current group is meeting on Sundays from 1-3pm.

    $75 a session plus a one-time $150 intake fee.

  • Individual Therapy

    This is what I was trained in! Like most individual therapy, I offer 50-minute sessions of talk therapy. Currently, I’m just virtual, but if you are interested in meeting in-person, I’d be happy to accomodate.

    Evenings available.

    $120 a session, sliding scale available

  • Couples and Relational Counseling

    I have the ability to take on couples and relationships. I am especially interested in ethical non-mongamous relationships, including polyamory. I mostly use the Gottman method as a framework.

Geek Therapeutics is an agency specializing in the intersection between pop culture and therapy. I work with some amazing geeky and nerdy individuals who are mostly neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ themselves. Geek Therapeutics holds the ability to take a lot of insurance and they are amazing people in general.

The Existential Bureau

The Existential Bureau is the agency run by a bunch of LGBTQ+ weirdos like myself. A lot of us came from the same Community Mental Health agency and we have a bunch of different specialities. The Existential Bureau mainly takes Medicaid, Aetna, and we’re working on getting our Kaiser coverage as well.

Fees

Individual therapy = $120 per 50 minute session. Sliding scale is available.

Relationship and Friendship Coaching = $120 per 50 minute session. 30 min sessions available. Sliding scale is available.

Couples and Relationship Counseling = $150 per 90 minute session. Sliding scale available

Therapeutic Roleplaying and Gaming

I have a special interest in using roleplaying games as a therapeutic tool. Roleplaying as a tool is an emerging field and I am excited to share what I’ve learned and brainstorm to make your experiences better.
